Mini CD/DVD Jacket Printing
Mini CDs and DVDs are a very popular product used to provide installation software and support files for many electronic items such as cellular phones, laptop computers and peripheral devices for these items. A mini DVD is less than half the diameter of a full CD/DVD and is often used for a specific type of media. We manufacture mini CD/DVD jackets at low cost with a high-quality printing and design for packaging with other product boxes etc.
Design and Printing
These jackets, like full-size DVD jackets, are typically printed on a 10pt or 14 pt glossy high-quality card paper and are laminated and have an ‘aqueous’ finish on the surface. The material used is durable and can be printed using UV ink and coated with lamination to improve the life and quality even further. We also use 4 color printing to print logos, information, diagrams, photographs and specifically designed CD cover images, such as movie posters, and many more elements, on these mini DVD/CD jackets, depending on requirements of our clients.
Color Matching
We use offset presses and modern cutting and folding equipment to print and prepare these jackets at low cost. Customers have the option of 1, 2, 3 or 4 color printing and we use CMYK/PMS color matching to get the best possible reproduction of client designs and color selections.
