These terms govern all orders placed with Printcosmo. Please read them carefully before placing your order — particularly the sections on 3D mockup approval and colour accuracy.
By placing an order with Printcosmo ("we", "us", "our", "Printcosmo") via printcosmo.com, by email, or by phone, you ("the customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all orders for custom printing and packaging products.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your order applies to that order.
Orders are confirmed once you have: (a) received and approved your 3D digital mockup in writing, and (b) payment has been received in full. A quote alone does not constitute a confirmed order.
All quotes issued by Printcosmo are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. After 14 days, prices may be subject to change due to material cost fluctuations.
Due to the nature of commercial print production, delivered quantities may vary by ±5% from the ordered quantity. This is standard industry practice. You will only be invoiced for the quantity you ordered, regardless of the actual quantity delivered within this tolerance.
Full payment is required before production commences. We do not begin manufacturing until payment is received and your 3D mockup has been approved.
We accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfer. All prices are in US Dollars. Payment information is processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor and is never stored on our servers.
Confirmed order prices will not change after order confirmation, even if our costs change during production.
Before production begins, Printcosmo prepares and sends you a photorealistic 3D digital mockup of your product. This mockup is your preview of exactly how the finished product will look — including your design, text, layout, and dimensions as they will appear when printed.
Production does not begin until you provide written approval of your 3D mockup. Your written approval constitutes your formal confirmation that the mockup is correct in all respects.
Important — your checklist before approving: By approving the 3D mockup, you are confirming that you have verified and accepted all of the following:
Printcosmo manufactures the product exactly as shown in the approved 3D mockup. We are not liable for errors present in a customer-approved mockup, including spelling mistakes, incorrect dimensions, or layout errors that were present and visible in the mockup at the time of approval.
If you identify an error after approving, contact us immediately. If production has not yet commenced, we can pause and amend. If production has begun, amendments will incur additional charges.
Colour reproduction in commercial printing is affected by multiple variables including ink type, paper stock, print process, humidity, and viewing light conditions. Colours viewed on a monitor cannot perfectly represent printed output — screens use RGB (light-based colour), while printing uses CMYK (ink-based colour), which has a narrower colour gamut.

Colour variation within ±10% of the approved 3D mockup is within normal commercial print tolerance and does not constitute a manufacturing defect or grounds for a return, reprint, or refund. If colour precision is critical to your brand, always provide Pantone (PMS) references with your order.
By submitting artwork, images, logos, or text to Printcosmo, you confirm that you are the owner or licensed user of all intellectual property contained therein. You accept full legal responsibility for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement arising from your submitted materials.
Printcosmo provides free design support with every order. Design work created by our team becomes your property upon receipt of full payment. We retain the right to display completed packaging work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing at the time of ordering.
We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes a third party's rights. Approval of a quote or mockup does not constitute acceptance of any such content.
Standard production time is 7–10 business days from written approval of your 3D mockup. Rush production (3–5 business days) is available on most products at an additional charge — confirm availability when ordering.
Production timelines are estimates. While we make every effort to meet agreed timescales, delays caused by factors outside our control (supplier delays, equipment maintenance, natural events) do not entitle the customer to cancellation or compensation.
We will notify you promptly of any significant delay to your order.
Free door-to-door delivery is included on all orders shipped to US addresses. Delivery time is in addition to production time. A tracking number will be provided once your order dispatches.

Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total value of that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses, including but not limited to: lost profits, lost revenue, loss of business, or damage to reputation.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas.
